Apex Foundations strives to minimize the impact of new construction on the environment as far as possible.

Aside from the energy-saving advantages highlighted, our foundation walls deliver many sustainable benefits due to the design, materials and manufacturing process we use.

Our custom formulated high-strength mix means five times less concrete and water is used than for a traditionally poured foundation. All insulation used is fully recyclable. A greatly reduced carbon footprint results from speed of installation: far fewer trucks and other traffic on site. No releasing agents are used on site, eliminating soil contamination. Wood waste associated with traditional forming is eliminated.

The Apex Foundation system can be dismantled and reused in a new building at the end of the original building’s life, making the entire system recyclable.
